LINE ITEM 0001 Solid state 120 ps Continuum Pulsed Picosecond Nd: YAG laser system, 20 HZ rep rate, 230 mJ/pulse @ 1064 nm, top hat beam profile, shot-shot stability 2<5% RMS @1064 nm, beam diameter <9.5 mm, birefringence compensation in the amplifier and faraday rotators in cavity, includes close coupled diffuse reflectors in laser heads, rack mountable power supply modules and oscillator, 2nd,3rd, 4th harmonics with separators/residual. Short pulsed width (>100ps <150 ps), high fundamental energy (>225 mJ per pulse @1064 nm), multiple harmonic outputs (532 nm @ > 115mJ per pulse, 355 nm @ 65 mJ per pulse,and 256 nm @ >20 mJ per pulse), low jitter (<10us), low beam divergence (<0.5 mrad), large beam diameter (>9.5mm), serrated aperture relay imaging to produce a top-hat beam profile, birefringence compensation in the amplifier and faraday rotators to further enhance the beam profile and provide optical damage protection for the oscillator, no dyes or solvents in the laser cavity or harmonic generators, and a single pockel cell design.
