Line Item 2: Qty 1 LO, Integration of Travis AFB UHF satellite receiver into Solano Countys Cement Hill engineered RF site management system and RF interoperability network. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. This sole source purchase is for a integration partnership project with Solano county. This requirement is for required follow on work at the Solano county radio sites.
