This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested from interest parties for the procurement of the following equipment or equal: 50 each Datalink Systems, Inc. Skywave DMR-200 (Side Entry) D+ transceivers, 1 each DataNET base Software with MS Mappoint Global digital Maps, 1 each NRE Scripted commands modifications to DMRs, 50 each DataNET Mobile licenses (One Time Fee), and 15 each Specialized Battery Boxes modified to accept covert DMR-200 D+ satellite transceivers hidden behind removable panel. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference and are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses.
