The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Contract on a Chelton, Inc., product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Chelton, Inc., located at 1955 Lakeway Drive, Suite 200, Lewisville, TX 75057, is the sole manufacturer of the required equipment that meets the Marine Corp Mobile Modular Command and Control (M2C2) Mine Resistance Ambush Protected (MRAP) communication vehicle. As required, the Chelton antenna must be identical in electrical band pass characheristics to the existing M2C2 communications vehicles currently deployed in the field.
