This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W67K2120850001 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.

The USPFO for UTAH requires the following items, SATCOM On-the-Move-System (SOTM) for the PRC-117G. The kit should include mounting brackets, hardware, and pre-wired connections for quick connectivity in military vehicles. Accepts all rages of DC input voltages. At a minimum includes a 75-watt amplified speaker. QTY: 5 EA;

The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors, in order of importance: (1) Offeror's capability to provide a quality product that meets the Government's needs; (2) Past performance, caliber of offeror's performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; and (3) Total cost or price.
