Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, ITEC4-W intends to award a noncompetitive sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Rohde & Schwarz, Inc. for five PR100 Portable Receivers 9kHz-7.5GHz, 10MHz Real Time Bandwith and two HE300 Active Directional Antennas 20 MHZ to 7500 MHz 3 subrange antenna for the US Army Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The Justification and Approval (J&A), citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, will be posted for public inspection on or about the third week of August of 2009. There will not be a solicitation issued for this requirement and any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.
