This is an intended sole source announcement authorized by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source in accordance with the attached Sole Source Justification (SSJ). Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), 22130, intents to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide two Remanufactured HD OA-9242(V)3/SR ATGs that must be delivered by 15 Jan 2020. Remanufactured tilt will return the tilt to a fully operational condition to include any corrosion preventative enhancements that the OEM has implemented to extend the life of the tilt. Remanufacturing will include implementing grounding methods as stated in MILSTD 1310(), NAVSEA EMI Guidance Drawing, SMITS Guidance document #s 62297 and 72521 (cascading ground strap requirement/approval) prior to delivery This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed action is based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
