NASA/DFRC has a requirement for the following items: Piccolo II/900-DGPS 900-90010-00C quantity: 3 each Software license Piccolo Command Center quantity: 2 each Piccolo PGS, 900 Mhz Novatel DGPS quantity: 2 each Novatel Integration Kit quantity: 2 each Assembly, outside air temperature sensor quantity: 3 each Kit, JR 2 receiver level shifter quantity: 1 each <p> NASA/DFRC intends to purchase the items from Cloud Cap Technology, Inc located at 205 North Wasco Loop Ste. 103, Hood River, OR 97031. Cloud Cap Technology, Inc is the only vendor that can supply an autopilot for an YO-3A aircraft (UAV). <p> The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. <p> Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on September 23, 2013. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
