Inu Teq, LLC has a requirement for Piccolo II / 900 DGPS quantity: 1 ea, PGS Kit, 900 MHz, DGPS (RTK) quantity: 1 ea, Aircraft Integration Kit quantity: 1 ea, and Piccolo Command Center (PCC) quantity: 1 ea. Inu Teq, LLC intends to purchase the items from Cloud Cap Technology, Inc. located at 205 North Wasco Loop, Ste. 103, Hood River, Oregon 91031. Cloud Cap Technology is the only vendor that can supply specialized equipment for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) that provide autopilot functionality, sensors, navigation, and communication capabilities. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to [email protected] to the identified point of contact not later than 2:30 p.m. local time on June 2, 2015. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
