The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13. with Pacific Star Communications, Inc. 15055 SW Sequoia Pkwy, Suite 100, Portland, OR 9724-7973 as required by the Combined Maritime Forces Central Command (CMFC) Bahrain. The contractor shall provide three (3) PACSTAR Fly Away Kits with components. Pacific Star is the only manufacturer of these communications systems; that are to be used on Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 27 July 2015, by downloading the documents at the NECO Website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
