20 June 2013 - To clarify, the Space
and Naval Warfare Systems Command
(SPAWAR), on behalf of the Program
Executive Office (PEO) Command,
Control, Communications, Computers &
Intelligence (C4I), Undersea
Integration Program Office (PMW 770)
is seeking potential sources (1) to
produce additional quantities of the OE- 538/BRC Increment 2 (herein referred to as OE-538A) system for the VIRGINIA Class; (2) to integrate and test Global Positioning System (GPS) Anti-Jam (AJ) antenna into the OE- 538A system, herein referred to as OE-
538A+; and (3) to produce OE-538A+.
PEO C4I (PMW 770) will use this
information to help influence future
product investments and to support
Department of the Navy (DoN)
Information Technology investment
policy. The OE-528 Increment 1
system is a single-service (submarine
unique), mast-mounted, multi-function
antenna system that supports
conventional Radio Frequency (RF)
communication in the Very Low
Frequency (VLF) to Ultra High
Frequency (UHF) bands, Identification
Friend or Foe (IFF), and Global Position System (GPS) capabilities across the full spectrum of submarine operations for all submarine classes.
10 June 2013 - Amendment 0001 to
OE 538A+ RFI. The purpose of this
amendment is to revise the
requirements for execution of
Proprietary Data Protection Agreements
in accordance with the attached
document entitled Amendment 0001 to
OE 538A RFI.
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
(RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely
for information and planning
purposes it does not constitute a
Request for Proposal (RFP) or a
promise to issue an RFP in the future.
This request for information does not
commit the Government to contract for
any supply or service whatsoever.
Responders are advised that the U.S.
Government will not pay for any
information or administrative costs
incurred in response to this RFI; all
costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested parties expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website and the SPAWAR E-Commerce Central website at https://e- commerce.spawar.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

limited to DoD Contractors. To request

company must sign and return the Non-
Disclosure Agreement (NDA) posted
below entitled, "Bidder's Repository
NDA" and provide the e-mail address,
phone number for each requested
user, and provide Joint Certification
Program (JCP) active certification

two representatives. Each user is
required to be a U.S. DoD contractor
and have a valid DoD or ECA issued
