In addition to being an authorized service provider on the above equipment the provider must be compliant with the Department of Energy (DoE) or the Department of Defense (DoD) FOCI requirements and must have the approved Foreign Ownership, Control and Influence (FOCI) and a Facility Registration at the L clearance level and be able to obtain a Facilities Clearance to DoE facility located at 2000 E. Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to the Facilities Clearance the provider?s personnel must have Personnel Security Clearance to gain access in the performance of task or services related to the fulfillment of a classified contract. or be able to obtain at a minimum an "L" clearance.
