The Drug Enforcement (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Smith Myers, Palm Bay, FL for equipment capable of recognizing specific cellular telephone protocols. This is not a request for proposal. Smith Myers is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing this system. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and request for such will not be acknowledged. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. See Note 22.
