The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Repliweb Incorporated, Pompano Beach, FL for Repliweb Software product R-1 Star Topology with R-1 Failover feature. This is not a request for proposal. Repliweb Incoporated is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing this software. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be knowledged. If one is issued no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. See Note 22.
