0001 - The PacStar 4500 Commander Kit; a light, portable, secure, communications package designed to provide voice, data and video communications for commanders and other high profile users. Designed to open standards with reliable and proven Cisco hardware at the core, the PacStar 4500 easily connects to multiple, simultaneous DoD networks to provide comprehensive communications. - Must Support encrypted NIPRnet functionality of the Suite C (cyber text black core).
-Provide DISA JITC certified software with a graphical user interface that automates routine, difficult, or error-prone setup, configuration and management tasks.
