This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commericel items being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The office of NOAA, Marine Operation Center located in Seattle, WA intends to acquire the following: 1.) qty two (2) each Navcom SF-2050R-starfire modular receiver with separate L-band antenna, 2.) Navcom SF-2050G-starfire modular receiver for survey /GIS, and three (3) each RF cable 150' antenna cable ( LMR40, TNC to TNC). Purchase of the above components are necessary to allow NOAA's ship to use starfire differential GPS connectors to give the ship the position accuracy required for survey work.
