The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCommand (SPAWAR) in support of theProgram Executive Office Command,Control, Communications, Computersand Intelligence (PEO C4I) UnderseaIntegration Program Office (PMW 770)is seeking sources on the production ofthe Multi-Function Mast (OE-538/BRC),hereafter referred to as the OE-538Increment1 system for the VIRGINIA-class Submarines. The U.S. Navy has identified arequirement to procure the OE-538Increment 1 system for the VIRGINIA-class of Submarines. The OE-538Increment 1 Antenna System iscomposed of the following units:Antenna Radome Assembly,Interconnecting Cable Assembly,Junction Box, and Hull Penetrator. TheJunction Box is located inside thesubmarine pressure hull. The radomeassembly, cable assembly, and hullpenetrator are located in thesubmarine sail. The Antenna RadomeAssembly is mounted in a mast fairingand is connected to the inboard unitsby the Interconnecting CableAssembly. The Hull Penetrator is apressure-proof (SUBSAFE) electricalconnector that provides connectivitybetween the Antenna RadomeAssembly and the Junction Box. The purpose of the sources sought isto identify qualified sources with thecapability to produce the OE-538Increment 1 systems in accordancewith OE-538 Increment 1 drawings andspecifications.
