The proposed acquisition will be for (Item 1) 500 each, Motorola KVL 3000 Keyloaders, consisting of the following: 500 T6717 KVL3000 Plus Hardware, 500 U239AC Astro 25 Mode, 500 X7956AH ASN Mode, 500 X795AH ASN Mode, 500 X423AE DES/DES-XL/DES-OFB Encryption Mode, 500 CA00182AA AES Encryption Mode, 500 HKTN4004 Battery Charger/Insert Kits for KVL 3000 Plus and (Item 2) 250 Astro Spectra AES Upgrades. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334220 with Size Standard of $5M. The items specified above are the only equipment that will meet the government?s requirements without impacting program schedules and/or functionality of equipment. No specifications, drawing or schematics are available and no equal or alternate part number shall be accepted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement. All capability statements received by 1:00 PM EST on 19 July 2007 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
