THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Solicitation Number is FA4890-05-R-0154 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2001-13) are incorporated. This requirement is Full and Open Competition. However any holders of GSA Schedules who can fulfill this requirement should submit proposals. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees however, this RFQ is unrestricted. It is the intent of this solicitation to result in a firm fixed price contract. The government will select the lowest-price, technically acceptable offer that conforms to the requirements of the solicitation for consideration of award under this solicitation.
