We intend to award a sole source contract to Apogee Labs, North Wales, PA for an AL 2000 series digital matrix switch. Only the switch made by Apogee can be used based on compatibility and interoperability with existing equipment. Any one thinking they can provide a comparable product must submit descriptive literature NLT 1400 MDT on 22 May 2006. See Note 22.
