The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) anticipates a requirement for a quantity of 1000 Antenna-Detector, Right Spiral for AN-APR-39A(V), NSN 5841-01-358-6774, Configuration Baseline (CB) A3084248, Rev E, and a quantity of 1000 Antenna-Detector, Left Spiral for AN-APR-39A(V), NSN 5841-01-358-6775, Configuration Baseline (CB) A3084249, Rev E over a span of 5 years. Suppliers capable of producing-supplying the Government must include documentation such as test results, copy of prior purchase order(s) if the supplier produced the item. The supplier must demonstrate that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from previous suppliers. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that these items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. A complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance of this item is not available from the Army. The technical drawing package is source controlled and any manufacturer not on the approved source list will need to reverse engineering the required antennas. Responding suppliers are asked to indicate their size status in relation to the applicable NAICS code 334511 and size standard 750.
