This is a proposed sole source acquisition for the purchase of a Motorola Digital Repeater System; all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. This acquisition will be with Motorola Inc, Columbia, Maryland. The anticipated date the solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov is 13 Sep 2006. All interested parties must access Fedbizopps to download the solicitation. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. The government anticipates a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov. Numbered Note 22 applies.
