Notice of Intent - Sole Source Date Posted: 07/29/2011 Closing Date: 08/01/2011 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Health Revenue in Topeka, Kansas, intends to award sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, July 5, 2011. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 339950 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The government has determined that Inova Solutions Inc. is the only source that can satisfy this agencies requirement. The requirement is to renew existing Inova banner board solutions maintenance contract. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by VA Health Revenue Center. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals.
