Accessories consist of the following: SW Option, HPW Waveform, P/N: 12041-8940-0005, 30 each, High Cap Lith Ion Battery, P/N: 12041-2100-02, 30 each, One-Bay Battery Charger, P/N: RF-5853-CH001, 30 each, Six-Bay Battery Charger, P/N: RF-5853-CH006, 5 each, Cable Assy, P/N: 12041-7180-A006, 35 each, Holster, Lightweight, P/N: RF-5932-CA002, 30 each, Fill Kit, P/N: 12041-10401-01, 1 each, Cable Assy, P/N: 12041-7220-A1, 9 each, Initializing Kit, Type I, P/N: 12041-7150-01, 1 each and Cable Assy, P/N: 12041-7150-A1, 9 each. This purchase is unsuitable for full and open competition for the following reasons: Harris Corp., is the only known and qualified manufacturer capable of delivering subject radios and accessories. Harris AN/PRC-152-(V)2(C) radio is the only unit currently meeting all requirements to include compatibility with existing fleet allowance equipment list. Harris Corp., has the unique capabilities and knowledge required to support this effort. Award will be based on the written request for quotation.
