The ACC-APG -C4ISR intends to acquire the following:
18 each non-standard commercial export AVS-9 GEN III NTE 1400 FOM Aviator Night Vision Goggle including one (1) SPH-4AF Helmet mount per NVG System. Each Aviator NVG system shall include one (1) each of the following: Carrying Case, Lens Caps, Lens Paper, Neck Cord, Low-Profile Battery Pack, Operator's Manual, and Helmet Modification Instructions.

5. You MUST reference the FMS case designator on your formal solicitations.
6. Image Intensifier Tube data sheets for each tube with serial number will be requested after contract award

7. There will be a potential call for an incoming inspection by DCMA to check tubes and tube housings

8. A quality system on tubes and tube housings will be requested after contract award.
