The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure firm-fixed Price on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis FASTLANE (KG-75) and TACLANE (KG-175) E100 Encryptors comprised of: 1)1 ea Part No. FL-44678-I OC-3c Fastlane encryptor release U2.0 with single mode interface; 2) 4 ea Part No. FL-44678-2 OC-3c Fastlane encryptor release U2.0 with multi mode interface; 3) 2 ea Part No. FL-44678-3 OC-12c Fastlane encryptor release U2.0 with single mode interface; and 4) 2 ea Part No. ET-59000-1 Taclane E100 encryptor. This requirement is sole sourced to General Dynamics C4 Systems, 77 A Street, Needham MA 02494-2806, based on FAR 6.302-1 “Only One responsible Source”. This hardware is unique in its capabilities and is controlled COMSEC item. Notes 22 and 26 apply to this procurement.
