This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Blacktail E3 Test Facility at Fort Huachuca, AZ, has a requirement for two new full compliance MIL-STD-461E/F EMI receiver systems. The EMI receiver systems shall be compatible with current receivers and allow for a receiver per anechoic chamber to minimize the movement of the receivers. The current receiver systems are Rohde & Schwarz model ESU-40. The two new systems shall meet all civil and military standards for electromagnetic disturbance and emissions measurements.

The salient characteristics of these items are provided in the attached solicitation. Quotes must meet the specifications outlined in the salient characteristics in order to be considered for award. The due date/time for quotes is 19 August 2011 at 1500 hrs AZ time. Late quotes will not be considered for award.
