Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) intendstonegotiate, on a sole source basis a contract with Altura CommunicationsSolutions, 312 N Lexington Drive, Folsom CA 95630 to upgrade the Folsomofficephone system and to obtain maintenance support and training for the newsystemunder the authority of FAR 13.501. This effort is a follow-on contract asthephone system procured must maintain compatibility with the existing Fujitsu phone system and a compatible system is only available from AlturaCommunications Solutions. This action is not a request for proposals.However,all interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities tosatisfythe Government's requirement and may submit a written proposal containingsufficient documentation to demonstrate the capabilities and servicesofferedby e-mail to [email protected]. SNR intends to pursue a firm fixed pricecontract on a sole source basis with Altura Communications Solutions.
