The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Harris Corporation/RF Communication Division 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610 on a sole source basis for six (6) each SECNET 54 CMOD, P/N KIV-54, six (6) each SN54 Key Fill Cable, P/N SN54-FC01, six (6) each SN54 EMOD, P/N EM01, two (2) each Radio Assy, P/N AN/PRC-152(V)1(C), two (2) each SW, Dama Waveform, P/N 12041-8940-0011, two (2) each Charger, P/N RF-5853-CH001, two (2) each Lith ion Battery, P/N 12041-2100-02, two (2) each Antenna Sys, P/N RF-3080-AT001, and two (2) each Black Holster, P/N RF-5932-CA002. Harris Corporation is the manufacturer of these devices and there are no authorized resellers. No other product can be utilized unless the overall system baseline is formally changed. Items will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
