(iii) This solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-09. (iv) This is a Brand Name Only procurement under NAICS 334310. (v) There are three (3) line items: L/I 0001, Camera, Desktop Document, Canon Model VIZCAM1000, 10 each; L/I 0002, Remote power control, rack-mounted unit, 15 amp w/4 duplex, Lowell P/N RPC-4, 37 each; L/I 0003, Wireless Microphone System, Vega Model U2020BPM, 30 each; Description: Items are required to set-up classrooms (installation not included in RFQ) for training on the FLETC. (vi) Date of Delivery: Delivery is required no later than 30 days after receipt of order; Place of Delivery is the FLETC, Shipping and Receiving, 2400 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31524.
