The Army Contracting Command, APG Tobyhanna Division, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 intends to solicit Exelis Inc., Radar, Reconnaissance & Acoustic Systems, 7821 Orion Ave, Van Nuys, CA, 91406, as the sole source for five (5) each of the following repair parts for the AN/MPN-14K Precision Approach Radar (PAR) Transmitter Components, Part Number 148026-4:

- Mod Kit, Transmitter Part Number: 219206-1
- Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) Modulator Part Number: 143590-1

Exelis Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and original developer, designer and sole producer of the AN/MPN-14K PAR Radar Transmitter and currently holds the only known certification authorization by the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, OK, to provide these repair parts. The technical data is proprietary to Exelis.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a required delivery of no more than 330 days from date of award.

Delivery is Freight On Board (FOB) Destination, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466.

Any company believing they are also currently certified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and approved by the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center and eligible to provide required parts shall provide a copy of the certification authorization to the Contract Specialist identified below within ten (10) calendar days of this notice.
