THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! Bay Pines Procurement has a requirement for AMAG Security Systems upgrades. PSC 5810. Delivery by Jan 23, 2010. This is a Sole Source with Sycon Corp IAW FAR 6.302-6. Sycon Corp is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement as this software is to update our existing security system to Homeland Security Edition (HSE) which will allow us to fulfill the Homeland security Presidential mandate, dated 8/27/2004, for FIPS 201 compliance. The AMAG software and equipment is proprietary and can only be supplied and installed through a factory certified company, which Sycon is. No solicitation documents exist at this time.
