The 177th Fighter Wing intends to sole source the Advance Console System to Unify Inc. 11921 Freedom Drive Reston, VA 20190 upon availability of funds. The vendor will engineer, furnish, install, and test (EFI&T) an Advance Console System (ACS), including a Unify HiPath 4000 Switching system. The system must be Joint Interoperability Testing Command (JITC) Certified and have Multilevel Precedence and Preemption (MLPP) capability IAW DoD Instruction 8100.3. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source. Sources sought search resulted in Unify Inc. being the only responsive and qualified vendor for this requirement. All qualified sources must respond not later than 10am, Tuesday, 24 Jun 2014. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
