(V) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial item: 6 each ABS400 Airborne Bit Sync 30W Base Unit with BSM410 Part # LCP-755-002515-004 or equal. The only know manufacturers are L-3 Communications Telemetry West and Advanced Data Systems. The ABS400 Airborne Bit Sync 30W Base Unit with BSM410 Part # LCP-755-002515-004 or equal should be commercially available off the shelf COT, non-developmental. It is the responsibility of the offerees to provide all supporting documentation, specifications, certifications, brochures, diagrams, drawings, and pictures of proposed ABS400 Airborne Bit Sync 30W Base Unit with BSM410 Part # LCP-755-002515-004 or equal for consideration of requirements stated above. (VI) Description of requirements are as follows: See Paragraph V. (VII) Place of delivery is Air National Guard Air Reserve Test Center (AATC), Tucson, Arizona, 85706.
