This is a market research survey to locate additional sources for service and repairs for FLIR Star SAFIRE III part# 3290003-305 and part# 3290003-307 and Star SAFIRE HD part# 3290004-301 (This is not a solicitation for proposal or an invitation for bid). No detailed technical data (consisting of government drawings and technical manuals) is available and no GFE is available. Suppliers capable of furnishing any service and repair must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA C-E LCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC- IEW-R-SN, Building 1201E, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation that the vendor can service and repair above listed items. The successful service and repair vendor may be required to warrant and/or provide test procedures a nd/or automated test equipment with the appropriate software and interfaces so that the item repaired and serviced will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
