The scope of work involves refitting a commercial space of 143.4 square feet on the exterior ground floor of the New Rochelle Train Station A Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will begin at the New Rochelle Train Station located at 24 Station Plaza South, New Rochelle, NY 10801. The Pre-Bid Walk-through Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged attend.
