The work includes, but not limited to demolition, wall repair, skim coating/ plaster works, handrails/bumpers, and paint works. All trash and debris shall be removed from area in accordance with contract documents and all construction work is to be performed in accordance with local building code, specifications, and contract/ documents. NAICS CODE: 236220 Standard Size: $39.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set- Aside. Solicitation material will be available on or about May 31, 2022.
