General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, Orlando VA Medical Center in Orlando, Florida has a requirement to replace and refinish roofs at the Lake Baldwin, Lake Nona, and Lakemont Campuses along with roof drains in Viera. This project will replace the roofs of Building 500 (Lake Baldwin), Building 7 (Lake Nona) and Building 2500 (Lakemont). It will also reseal the existing modified bitumen systems of the remaining buildings at Lake Nona. Project must address and correct FCAs 313310, 313311, 313312, 313313, 313314, 312826, 311678, 310999, and 310998. The contractor shall be a State of Florida Certified/licensed General Contractor.
