The City of New Rochelle (licensor) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms for the Use and Occupancy of approximately 106 Square Feet of commercial space on the exterior ground floor of the New Rochelle Railroad Station. It is the City’s intent to accept proposals from individuals or firms who intend to utilize the space for a business that is compatible with the overall operation of the Railroad Station and the ITC. In general, the License Agreement will be awarded to the proposer who exhibits the highest overall benefit to the City with emphasis on public engagement, activation of the space, references, financial resources, and experience executing similar business plans. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than noon, August 11, 2023, to
[email protected]. The City will post the answers to the questions received on the City’s website no later than 4:30 p.m., August 15,2023.
