PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice announcement to seek potential Native Owned sources who would be interested in providing roof repairs and installation for seven (7) government housing at the Bureau of Indian Education BIE 多 Jeehdeeza Day School in Pinon, Arizona. This notice is to identify native owned businesses that fall into the following available set aside categories, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Indian Economic Enterprises are defined, in part as any business entity that is at least fifty one percent owned by one or more American Indian or Alaska Native Individuals. The Buy Indian Act can be located at 25 U.S.C. 47. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238160 and the small business size standard $16.50. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Pre-solicitation announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. The contract scope of work consists of the following discipline of roofing repairs to seven government housings at BIE 多 Jeehdeeza Day School. Contractor shall replace/repair and dispose of all demo materials for housing units at Jeehdeeza Elementary School, 3 miles East of Navajo Route 60, Pinon, Arizona 86510. Contractor to remove and install new shingles, drip edge felt paper and roof jacks. Roof repairs will involve the replacement of 他 plywood, include installation of 135 mil fleece back TPO Membrane and a composite 2.5多 Poly-Iso 7/16 OSB installation board. A more detailed statement of work will be provide with solicitation package to all eligible vendors.
