The Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office will be soliciting for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Supply Contract for Aggregate for Prineville, OR. The contract will contain:
Base delivery period covering 12-months.
Four (4) term options for additional delivery periods of one (1) year each.
Nine (9) optional separately priced line items for Government pick-up.
The base period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be 9/1/2024 to 8/31/2024.
The NAICS code is 212319- Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining And Quarrying, with a small business standard of 550 employees.
The Request for Quotation No. 140L4324Q0114, using the principles of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be issued on or by May 31, 2024. The Request for Quotation will be posted to SAM.gov utilizing an SF-1449 combined with schedule of items.
Evaluation factor will be price. The acquisition will be set aside for small businesses.
