The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole source procurement toPella Window and Doors, in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, Pella Windows and doors are installed throughout the medical center in all historically established building( all are over 75 years old) these units have been approved as required consistent with the rest of the facility for maintenance as storage replacements part as required. The Florida Historical Society requires buildings which has been designated historical to keep the original structure and design. These units are the only ones that have been approved as required to meet the historical requirement of this facility.
