This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Solicitation # W912P7-11-T-0001 commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to install Security Fencing at the Coyote Valley Dam / Lake Mendocino Fish Facility, which is located in Ukiah, California. The government will not provide any materials or supplies. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to performing this contract and its successful completion. Further, the contractor shall be responsible for all materials, supplies, and equipment in his, or her possession and is accountable for any loss, damage, or misuse. All work, materials, and equipment shall be subject to the control and approval of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
