Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, general construction, site work, mechanical and electrical work, and hazardous materials abatement. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210 with a size standard of $31 million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
