The work consists of the contractor furnishing all engineering, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. Following is a summary of work to which includes renovations for energy upgrades to Amber Hall Garage, Building No. 3113, and Liquid Fuels Maintenance Facility, Building No. 4231, on Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, general construction, site work, mechanical and electrical work, and hazardous materials abatement. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210 with a size standard of $31 million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition conditions IAW FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
