This proposed procurement is for 42,000 gallons of CRS-2P chipseal oil and 15,000 gallons of CSS-1H fogseal oil to be delivered to a location within Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, CO. Chipseal oil and fogseal oil shall meet the specifications as stated in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about April 3, 2006, in paper hard copy and will be delivered via US Mail.
