This project consists of operation for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS). The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to manage and operate the supply store on Moody AFB, solicitation number FA4830-08-R-0002. Solicitation will be issued on/about 8 February 2008. Offers shall be due on/about 11 March 2008 at 2:00 PM EST. Performance to begin on 01 May 2008 for one (1) basic year with four options year. The work shall include, but not be limited to, procurement, issuing, delivery, and stocking of a variety of materials, equipment, parts, tools, and supplies for construction, facility maintenance and repair for use by authorized government personnel.
