The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement to remove and replace an existing three strand Barbwire fence and connections. Replace damaged fence sections and posts as required. Dispose of all debris off site. Vendor shall provide labor, materials and equipment. A job site visit is required at the Naval Research Laboratory remote location in Pomonkey, MD.
