1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. 2) Solicitation FA5000-08-R-0005 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-24 and Class Deviation 2008-O0003. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, and transportation necessary to provide services/ supplies stated below. 4) This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. Award will be made based on the lowest price/technically acceptable offer.
