This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4809-04-T-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-20. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 212321, Construction Sand and Gravel Mining, with a 500 employee size standard.
