This is a MODIFICATION to solicitation #W912LA-05-T-9011. This is no longer an intent to award. It is being changed to a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The quantity for this requirement is being increased from 55 to 82 new un its, replacing 20 recalled units which we would like to turn in for credit. The Government considers the Welch-Allyn AED 10 from LIFE-ASSIST, INC. or EQUAL to meet the minimum requirements. Contract will be awarded unless another firm can provide equival ent or better equipment. Equipment offered must meet all characterisitics of the Welch-Allyn AED 10. All quotes should include any charges for freight and your companys tax identification number. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes are due NLT 28 SEPT 2005 by 1400 hours at USPFO for California, Contracting Office, HWY 1, BLDG 633, PO Box 8104, San Luis Obispo, CA 93403-8104.
